As a co-founder of Provident Management, Levi brings a strategic approach shaped by an analytical, forward-thinking style that’s focused on systems that actually work. Frustrated by the common shortfalls seen across the property management industry—poor communication, reactive maintenance, lack of transparency, and processes that serve the company more than the client he set out to build something better. Provident Management was created to close those gaps: delivering proactive service, clear accountability, and long-term value for property owners while treating residents with consistency and respect. Levi’s vision is simple but deliberate—raise the standard by designing a company that solves the real problems others overlook.

As a co-founder of Provident Management, Joseph brings a different perspective to the way we approach real estate and property management. Where systems and execution turn ideas into reality, he has a natural ability to see the bigger picture—identifying opportunities, challenging conventional thinking, imagining what a better version of the business could look like, and how to drill down on issues to find root causes. His creativity and entrepreneurial mindset help drive us forward, while his extensive experience in real estate gives those ideas a practical foundation.
